My husband and I were VERY satisfied with MaryAnn. We had actually considered another real estate sales agent before hooking up with her. The price he suggested we list our home at was many thousands of dollars lower than the price we ended up listing it at after talking with MaryAnn and after about 35 days on the market we got our full asking price.

She obviously knows the local area real estate market very well, and she also appeared to be quite experienced in the ins and outs of the real estate business. Unfortunately she was not our buyer agent for our home that we purchased and the contrast was unmistakable--Wish we'd had her working for us in both real estate transactions! As you probably have also figured out for yourself , she's very personable.
